The 2008 Rinker 320 (often referred to as the Fiesta Vee/320 Express) is a beamy mid-cabin express cruiser built on a modified-V hull with high freeboard, delivering a notably spacious interior and confident ride. The layout features a large cockpit with U-shaped seating, wet bar with pop-up blender, and transom access, while below deck offers a forward berth, mid-cabin lounge/berth, full galley, and enclosed head, comfortably accommodating up to six overnight. Powered in this case by twin Volvo Penta 5.7L sterndrives (producing around 260 HP each), the boat provides strong mid-range performance, efficient cruising in the low-20 knot range, and a top end approaching the mid-30 knot range depending on load and conditions. The 320 designation represents the later evolution of the earlier 310/312 Fiesta Vee platform, with updated styling, improved cockpit ergonomics, and incremental refinements through the mid-2000s, making the 2008 model one of the most refined and well-equipped versions.
