520 Express

About 520 Express

This 2007 Cruisers Yachts 520 Express is, without question, one of the finest and most extensively upgraded examples of this model currently available. Cruisers Yachts is known for delivering a true big-yacht experience in an express cruiser platform, but what truly sets this vessel apart is the level of care, investment, and attention to detail it has received. Nearly every surface and system on the boat has been thoughtfully upgraded or refreshed, creating a yacht that presents far beyond its year and stands out immediately upon boarding.

The 520 Express is designed for both performance and luxury, offering a wide 15’6” beam, expansive cockpit, and a layout that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. Powered by twin Volvo D12 diesels producing 715 HP each, this yacht delivers strong, confident performance and has benefitted from a full 1000-hour service completed by a Volvo-certified technician. With bow and stern thrusters, handling is effortless, whether docking or maneuvering in tight marinas. The cockpit is built for entertaining on a large scale, with multiple social zones, a walk-through windshield, wet bar, and direct access to the swim platform.

Where this particular yacht truly separates itself is in the sheer scope of upgrades and refinements completed by the current owner. The entire interior has been transformed with new upholstery, flooring, updated finishes, and modern lighting throughout, creating a clean, contemporary feel that rivals much newer vessels. The attention to detail is evident everywhere, from the custom quartz cockpit table and oversized sun pad to the seamless integration of upgraded systems and hidden features. A professionally installed $50,000 JL audio system, Starlink satellite connectivity, multiple new TVs, and a fully updated Garmin electronics suite elevate both the onboard experience and functionality. Additional upgrades include new windlass, batteries, battery charger, shower pumps, refrigerators, washer/dryer, new forward windows, two full canvas enclosures, underwater lighting, and a full LED lighting conversion throughout the boat. Every improvement has been done with purpose, creating a yacht that is not only visually impressive but exceptionally well-equipped and ready for immediate enjoyment.
