We have every marine service, several boatyards, and well protected marinas to choose from.</p><p><br></p><p>Some notable Features:</p><p>·&nbsp;<strong>Air Conditioning</strong>: The boat has four air conditioning units:</p><ul><li>A large one in the salon.</li><li>One for the starboard hull.</li><li>Two individual units for the port cabins.</li></ul><p>·&nbsp;<strong>Refrigeration</strong>:</p><ul><li>Two refrigerators, one of which is a cockpit fridge.</li><li>One deep-freeze.</li></ul><p>·&nbsp;<strong>Power Generation</strong>:</p><ul><li>A <strong>Cummins (Onan)</strong> diesel generator producing <strong>9 kWa</strong>, located in the cockpit.</li><li>The generator has <strong>4,000 hours</strong>, is current on maintenance, and runs well, having been descaled last year.</li></ul><p>·&nbsp;<strong>Main Engines</strong>:</p><ul><li>The boat is powered by two <strong>Yanmar 4JN45 4-cylinder diesel engines with SD60 saildrives</strong>.</li><li><strong>Starboard motor</strong>: Original, with about <strong>3,100 hours</strong>.</li><li><strong>Port motor</strong>: Replaced in <strong>2020</strong> with only a couple of hundred hours (though the engine gauge is faulty, making it difficult to know the exact hours).</li><li>Both engines are said to start easily and run well, with <strong>up-to-date maintenance</strong> done by a local marine shop.</li></ul><p>·&nbsp;<strong>Watermaker</strong>:</p><ul><li>The <strong>watermaker</strong> was working two years ago, but may need some maintenance to return to full function.</li></ul><p>·&nbsp;<strong>Electronics</strong>:</p><ul><li><strong style="color: black;">B&amp;G Zeus 2 touchscreen chart plotter</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong style="color: black;">Exclusion: </strong>Dinghy and Outboard are not included...contact listing broker for more information.</p><p><br></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><strong style="color: black;">Recent Updates and Upgrades</strong></p><ul><li>New mainsail and Genoa less than two years ago.</li><li>Code-Zero sail setup forward of the Genoa, approximately three year old.</li><li>New (August 2023) Coastal Surge 6-person Liferaft.</li><li>New B&amp;G Halo 20+ radar (May 2023).</li><li>New starboard and port bilge pumps and floats.</li><li>Replaced control board and temp sensors on both port A/Cs; replaced the blower also on one.</li><li>New large brass HVAC Groco filter setup in starboard hull as well as for raw-water generator intake to make maintenance easier.</li><li>Three large electronic sail winches, one dinghy electric winch, and one manual Spinnaker / Code-Zero winch.</li><li>Have had electric winches maintained (re-wired dinghy winch and replaced button switches).</li><li>All hatches re-sealed and two Lewmar hatches replaced and re-bedded (Feb/March 2024).</li><li>Forward hatch in salon was also replaced and re-bedded (Feb 2023).</li><li>Helm seat cushion we re-done to make thicker and more plush and re-covered.</li><li>Daewoo Wall Mounted Washing Machine Washer Dryer Combo - 220V - Bought new from Australia in March 2023; this is the best washer /dryer model could find and because it was made for Australian market this Korean unit is in English with English instructions.
